3.4 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.
3.5 Employee Restriction. Current employees, contractors or agents of xp7777, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold a Player Account.
4.1 To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current personal information as required, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information specified during registration.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. xp7777 will never request your password via email, Live Chat or any other channel.
4.3 You agree to notify xp7777 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4.4 xp7777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
4.5 Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
5.1 All Account Balances on xp7777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Account dashboard at the time of each transaction and are subject to change.
5.2 Available deposit methods are confirmed within the Platform at the time of deposit. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah throughout this site are provided as familiar references for Pakistani users only. 5.3 You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded to the originating payment method, subject to applicable processing fees.
5.4 xp7777 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your own financial institution or payment service.
5.5 Deposits made using credit extended by third parties (including but not limited to credit cards where permitted) remain the Player's sole liability.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC verification process as described in Section 10 of these Terms. Withdrawals may not be processed until all required verification steps have been satisfactorily completed.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
6.3 Processing times for withdrawal requests vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any pending verification checks. Indicative timelines are provided in the Help Center and are not guaranteed.
6.4 xp7777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of AML or KYC checks, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
6.5 Any portion of a Balance that constitutes active Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been satisfied in full.
7.1 xp7777 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards and seasonal promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to their specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time of the offer and incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (playthrough) that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
7.3 Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
7.4 xp7777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time, subject to notifying affected Players where practicable. Promotional figures cited elsewhere on this site (e.g., illustrative bonus amounts up to PKR 10,000 or PKR 25,000) are examples only — the specific amount and conditions applicable to any offer are those stated in the relevant promotion page at time of activation.
7.5 The use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage strategies or any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of any promotion constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
7.6 Each promotion is available to one eligible account per household, device and IP address unless otherwise stated.
8.1 All games available on xp7777 are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within the relevant game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless stated otherwise in the game-specific rules.
8.2 Wagers are final once confirmed through the Platform interface. xp7777 is not liable for wagers placed in error.
8.3 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or any system malfunction during gameplay, xp7777 will use reasonable efforts to restore the game to the state immediately prior to the malfunction. If restoration is not possible, the Wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Balance.
8.4 xp7777 reserves the right to void any Wager that has been placed using erroneous odds, incorrect game settings or as a result of a technical error. Players will be notified where a Wager is voided and the staked amount will be returned.

10.5 xp7777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and place an Account under review pending completion of KYC checks. Deposits made during a review period may be restricted from withdrawal until verification is complete.

13.3 xp7777's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
14.1 Termination by the Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC or AML checks.
14.2 Termination by xp7777. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement; (c) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) you have provided false information during registration or KYC.
14.3 Upon termination for cause, xp7777 reserves the right to retain any Balance where it represents funds associated with prohibited conduct, including bonus abuse, fraud or money laundering.
14.4 Upon termination, your licence to access the Platform is revoked immediately.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed, as applicable at the time of any dispute.
